Why are you so Inexpensive?
The real question is why is everybody else so expensive. The answer to this is we do not know. The consumer has been ripped off for way too long and we are here to put an end to it NOW!

How do I choose what colour I want?
We have a huge range 0f colours, pins and patterns for suits and a even bigger range for shirts. We can cover almost what ever anybody wants. As we have so many options we can not put these on one web site or even email them to you. What we do is you tell us what shade, pattern etc you want (anything)even better send us a picture from another web site or scan/take a picture from a catalog email to us then we match it to our range. If we do not have a 100% match we buy it for you is we can not buy it we take a picture of what we have in stock that is the closest match and email it to you so you can make your choice.
If out of our 3000 shades altogether we have nothing you like then we will give you your money back.

What designs can I have?
100% up to you. Our patented interactive order from offers you over 5000 differ ant design possibilities We were tired of retailers forcing consumers to buy what they wanted us to buy. When you shop from any other retailer online or bricks and mortar store, they force you to buy what they have in stock, this makes the shop the boss. At Suits and Shirts online you tell us what you want to buy and we make it for you. The customer is the boss not the retailer.

How do I order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. This we do through the new paypal, you do not need to be a member to use paypal now. Your transactions are protected plus you have the added security of not only our free insurance but paypal buyer insurance also. We accept cheques and postal orders (please email for info) Once payment has cleared we email you one of our patented order forms. This form takes about 5 minutes to complete. For your ease it has pictures and instructions to help you all the way through the order process. It is completely interactive and lets you choose over 5000 different designs for suits and shirts respectively. Once we have received your form 14 days later you have your garment.

How long will my order take?
From point of receiving your order details most garments are in your hands in twelve days but we ask for fourteen in case of postal delays.

Can I have a sample material swatch?
We do not offer swatch cuttings. The reason is sample books cost £19.99 each for just 10 colours in no reference order. We get over 500 emails a day asking for swatches. This would mean we have to buy so many extra rolls of material just to send out to clients. We offer a one off send of a small cutting so you can feel the quality. This is sent from our material distributor. If you have one of our staff come to your home or office then they will bring some samples with them.

What shipping do you use?
We send all our orders via TNT or Fedex high speed courier. All items are 100% fully insured and are 100% tracked. All items are expertly packed and sent in plain packaging.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes all our postal prices are global prices. You can be in China, USA, Germany or the UK our postal prices are the same.
We now have to add a 10% extra charge for Australia due to the massive increase in Australian import tax.

Do you make just jackets?
Yes we do prices starting from £175 please email for details

Do you make just trousers?
Yes we do prices starting from £25

Do you make just waistcoats/vests?
Yes we do prices starting from £25

What other clothing do you make?
We can make jeans, denim shirts, sports jackets, ties too your length, PVC clothing, leather clothing, Latex clothing, silk shirts, silk suits, suede coats, cashmere coats, leather jackets, leather coats and trousers, Linen suits, twill suits. Almost anything hand made clothing can be made for you. Please email for quote. 

Do you make women's clothing?
Yes we do. Prices for blouses and suits are the same as for men's suits and shirts. We do ask for additional information about your size just to make sure of a good fit.

Do you have a visitor point for personnel measuring and fittings?
We do not sorry. This is one of the ways we keep our prices down as we do not pay for a shop front or train our tailors to meet and greet customers. We do not have to pay for customer insurance etc etc.

Can you come and visit my office or home for personnel measuring and fitting?
We do offer this service. Please email for details. We do have a small charge for our tailors time or a minimum order normally
1 suit with an extra.

What do I do if there is a sizing problem when I receive my order?
Our aim is to take care of our customers and we believe we have a perfect system for doing this. Please email us as soon as you believe there is an issue. We will inform our nearest suitsandshirtonline representative. They will either the arrange to come to you or you can post your garment to them. Your garment will check. If there is a fault on our part we will either alter the item free of charge or make a new item for you free. If we have made the garment to the correct size according to your order form we will still take care of you. We will either alter your item for free or we will re-make for you at our cost price, in this eventuality we do ask for you to cover any postage costs.

I am a larger person is there a higher price for larger sizes?
Any size big, small, tall, fat, thin all the same price as quoted on web site.

Can I get discount for multiple purchases?
Any order over 500 pounds will receive a free light carry case for all suits and a free silk tie for shirts. Any order over £999 please email to corporate email address and quote corporate on the email.
